Scrapple is the first film by brothers Christopher and Geoffrey Hanson. Set in the mythical ski town of Ajax, Colorado, in 1978, Men's Journal called Scrapple a "ski bum's version of Easy Rider.” The New York Times called Scrapple "Babe on Acid" and a "nearly letter-perfect recreation of a late 60s early 70s stoner movie.” Musician Taj Mahal called it Dazed and Confused in the mountains.
